摘要
分析了我国国有建筑施工企业的人力资源现状和人力资源管理中存在的问题,结合现代人力资源管理理论,提出了加强国有建筑企业人力资源开发与管理的对策和建议,从而促进企业的发展。
It analyses the actuality and the problems existed in human resource management in state-owned construction enterprises. Combined with modern human resource management theory, it brings forward some advice and countermeasures of strengthening human resource development and management in state-owned construction enterprises, so as to promote the development of enterprises.
