摘要
用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和小角X光散射试验(SAXS),对含有不同金属反离子的磺化EPDM离聚物进行了研究。实验结果表明:离子含量仅1mol%左右的EPDM磺酸盐离聚物中,离子聚集成离子簇而无规地分布在基体中。离子簇的大小和密度受金属反离子的影响。金属反离子半径越小、价数越高,则离子簇的尺寸越小、密度越大,解离温度越高,物理交联作用亦越强。
The morphology of the sulphonated EPDM ionomers containing various metal countenons were studied by the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), transparent electron microscopy (TEM) and small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) techniques.The experimental data showed that even in the case of sulphonated EPDM ionomers which contained only 1 mol% ionic groups or so,the ions still aggregated into ionic clusters which randomly distributed through the material. The size and density of ionic clusters depended on the different metal counterions. The smaller the radius of metal counterion and the higher it's valency, the smaller the size of ionic cluster and the higher it's density. The decomposition temperature of cluster,which related to the strength of physical crosslinking, increased with the decrease of the metal counterion radius and the increase of their valency.
