摘要
目的:为了研究异位性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)患者皮损Th2型趋化性细胞因子受体CCR4在AD的发病过程中的作用。方法:采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测21例AD患者皮损内和18例健康对照者正常皮肤中CCR4的表达水平;采用直线相关回归分析方法分析CCR4mRNA的表达与AD病情严重程度的关系。结果:AD患者皮损内CCR4mRNA表达水平明显高于对照组(P=0.0101);AD患者皮损内CCR4mRNA表达水平与病情严重程度呈正相关性(r=0.9059,P<0.0001)。结论:趋化性细胞因子受体CCR4可能参与了AD的发病过程,并与病情的严重程度呈正相关。
Objective： To study the important role of Th2 cell chemokine receptor CCR4 in patients with atopic dermatitis. Methods： The production CCR4 mRNA was measured by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction. The relationship between CCR4 and disease severity （SCORAD index system） was assessed by correlation analysis. Results： Expression of CCR4 mRNA was higher in patients with atopic dermatitis than healthy control subjects（P= 0.0101）. Expression of CCR4 mRNA was markedly positive correlation with SCORAD index system（r=0.9059, P 〈 0.0001）. Conclusions： Our data suggest an important role of CCR4 in the development and advance of atopic dermatitis.
