摘要
研究了用Fenton试剂处理丙烯腈废水的宏观动力学模型。实验证明,在反应初期,过氧化氢量不足时,过氧化氢的反应级数为1.5;当过氧化氢足量时,有机物反应级数为3.8。20~60℃温度范围内,反应时间≤30min的条件下,得到Fenton试剂氧化的宏观动力学方程式。
The macro-dynamlc model of treating acrylonitrile wastewater with Fenton reagent was studied in this paper. The experiment shows that the reactive grade of H2O2 achieves 1.5 when H2O2 is not enough during initial stage of the reaction, and the reactive grade of organic compounds achieves 3.8 when H2O2 is enough. Under the condition of temperature between 20℃ and 60℃ and reaction time 430 min, the macro-dynamic equation of the oxidation with Fenton reagent is also obtained.
