摘要
研究了Fenton氧化剂处理TNT废水的实验过程,分析了不同条件的反应机理,确定了处理100 mL废水的最佳反应条件为:pH=4.00,H2O2∶FeSO4=1∶2,双氧水投加量为4 mL,硫酸亚铁投加量为8 mL,反应时间为6 h,温度是35℃.此条件下COD去除率可达85.5%,TNT去除率可达96.8%,色度去除率可达91.1%.
The experimental process of TNT wastewater treatment with Fenton is studied. By analyzing the different reaction conditions and mechanisms, the optimal conditions with 100mL wastewater treatment were determined as follows, pH = 4. 00, H2O2 : FeSO4 = 1 : 2, HEO2 added as 4mL, FeSO4 added as 8mL, reaction time for 6h, temperature at 35℃. Under these conditions COD removal rate reached 85. 5%, TNT removal rate was 96.8% ,and chromaticity removal rate reached 91.1%.
