摘要
随着国Ⅲ排放标准实施的临近,降低汽油机起动怠速工况排放显得尤为重要。文章分析了轿车发动机起动怠速工况排放物CO和HC的生成机理,介绍了国际上目前降低轿车发动机起动怠速工况有害排放物所采用的最新技术——碳氢吸附器、高能点火与多次点火技术、电加热催化器和二次空气泵联合技术、可变气门重叠角、二段燃烧与反应式排气管、REPO技术和催化器紧耦合联接优化技术等。分析了各种技术措施的特点,指出依实际情况和具体条件可采用各项技术组合,达到降低轿车汽油机起动怠速工况有害气体CO和HC排放的目的。降低汽油机起动怠速工况排放对改善轿车发动机排气污染具有重要的意义。
With the drawing near of deadline to executing national Euro 3 emission control regulations, it is particularly important to decreasing exhaust emission in starting and idling mode of gasoline engines. The formation mechanism of exhaust emission in starting and idling mode-CO and HC is analyzed in this paper. And some new technologies of reducing exhaust emission during cold starting and Idling mode of gasoline engines are presented in the paper, such as HC Absorber, high energy ignition, twice and multi-times ignition technique, heating catalytic converter and secondary air pump combination technique, various valve overlap, two stage combustion and reaction type exhaust tube, REPO(Rapid Exhaust Port Oxidation), the optimization technique of catalytic converter close coupling etc. It is pointed out that it could be decreasing exhaust emission of gasoline engines in cold starting and idling mode by combination of various techniques according to the practical situation. The important significance of reducing exhaust emission during cold start and idling mode in decreasing exhaust emission of gasoline engines is also indicated.
