摘要
汽车轻量化已成为当前汽车技术的一个重要发展方向,降低汽车制造中消耗量最大的钢板质量以及如何使用其它轻质材料就成为一个重要课题。具有轻量化、高强度化、高防锈能力和减振性能等的轻质材料不仅可以保证汽车的各项性能要求,而且能有效地减轻汽车自身的质量。文章介绍了各种金属材料的优点和性能以及其在车身构件中的应用,阐述了当前世界汽车材料技术发展的5个主要特征,指出钢铁材料和轻金属材料向着安全、环保、节能及舒适的方向发展。
Vehicle mass reduction has become an important developing trend, reducing mass of steel sheets used a lot in automotive manufacturing and how to use light steel sheets are key questions. The material which has the characteristics of lightweight, high strength, anti-rusted and better performance not only ensures to meet the technical requirements but also reduces vehicle mass itself. This paper introduces its advantage, performance for each of metal materials, and its application for body parts; describes five chief characteristics on material technological development of world automobile, showing that the safety, environmental protection, energy-saving and comfort are current trend for steel material and lightweight metal materials.
