摘要
基于资源的观点强调有价的、稀缺的、难以模仿和不可替代的资源对企业建立和保持竞争优势的重要意义。然而一个被忽视的问题是:具备以上特征的资源构成是如何形成的。事实上,有效的资源管理是企业创建独特资源构成,进而创造竞争优势的关键。本文根据基于资源的观点、基于能力的观点、组织学习理论和权变理论,提出了企业资源管理的框架,为企业进行有效的资源管理提供理论依据。
Resource-based view emphasizes that a firm's resource should have four indicators——value, rareness, non-imitability, and substitutability. Only through the resource structure with these four indicators, can the firm sustain its competitive advantage. But how to obtain the resource structure with these four indicators is overlooked. In fact, resource management can help firms establish a special resource structure, and further sustain its competitive advantage. Based on resource-based view, capability-based view, organization learning theory and contingency theory, this article puts forward a frame of resource management, explains the basic process of resource management, and analyses the influence of exterior environment on resource management. This article solves the shortage of resourced-based view and provides an academic guidance for the firm to effective management its resource.
