摘要
从企业生产成本的角度分析了企业微观安全生产决策所达到的最优安全生产水平;指出由社会经济发展水平决定的对企业安全生产水平的预期与企业决策的差距;提出企业安全生产水平与社会期望相一致的实现途径。
In temas of production cost of enterprise, analyzed the optimum safe production which can be reached for enterprise by micro safe production policy; pointed out the gap between predicted safe production decided by social economic development and enterprise decision. Put forward approach to realizing accordance between safe production in enterprise and social expectation.
