摘要
三峡工程永久船闸化学灌浆主要解决混凝土裂缝补强堵漏、伸缩缝堵漏、基岩细微裂隙及全强风化带防渗及断层破碎带处理。处理类型不同,所用材料也不同。裂缝补强多采用LPL、CW、EAA,断层加固采用CW,水泥灌浆中吸水不吸浆的强风化带及细微裂隙的防渗通常采用丙烯酸盐进行灌注。介绍了三峡工程永久船闸裂缝、帷幕、断层加固中等各种化学灌浆的材料、设备、工艺,并通过实例,对各种材料、设备、工艺的灌浆效果进行了分析比较,为化学灌浆提供了宝贵的实践经验。
The chemical grouting for TGP's permanent shiplocks is mainly for strengthening concrete cracks and blocking leakage of concrete cracks and the expansion joints,preventing seapage of fine and micro fissures in foundation and treating fault and fracture zones in fully and highly weathered layer.If the treatment type is different,the used material is different.LPL,CW,EAA are used in crack strengthening;CW is used in fault strengthening,acylate salt is used in treatment of higly weathered zone which absorbs water but does not absorb mortar while grouting and in seepage prevention of fine and micro fissures.This paper introduces the various chemical grouting materials,equipment,technologies in strengthening of cracks,anti-seepage curtains and faults for TGP's permanent shiplocks,and through analysis and comparison of grouting effectiveness of various materials,equipment,technologies,the valuable experience for chemical grouting is summarized.
