摘要
分别以固化剂乙二胺,三乙醇胺与EPWSR-6101进行固化反应,经过偶联剂钛酸丁酯处理,用超声波分散,加微米碳酸钙制备复合材料。通过红外光谱仪,扫描电子显微镜,热重分析仪进行表征,结果表明:用超声波处理,偶联剂的作用提高了它们的相容性、分散性。
In the article, the curing agent quagrol, trihydroxy ethylamine respectively were used to react to EPWRS-6101. After couplant titanic acid butyl ester is treated ,it is dispersed with the supersonic wave. The composites which were prepared by filling with the micron-CaCO3.were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and thermal gravimetric analysis. The results show that the couplant enhanced compatibility and dispersinity by supersonic wave.simultaneously, the mechanism of micron-CaCO3 improving epoxy resin was discussed by SEM photograph. The homogeneous dispersion of the modified micron-CaCO3 in the epoxy resin is improved.
