摘要
对细编穿刺3D碳/碳复合材料双向拉伸性能进行了实验研究,介绍了双向拉伸实验方法,自行设计制作了一套双向拉伸实验装置,采用有限元分析方法进行了十字型试件的设计。对两种不同铺层的细编穿刺3D碳/碳复合材料进行了1∶1应力状态下的双向拉伸实验,得到了材料在该种应力状态下的强度,试件初始破坏都发生在中心区。研究结果为该种材料在复杂应力状态下的强度分析奠定了基础。
An experimental investigation of the biaxial tensile strength of 3-D fine-woven-penetrated carbon/carbon (C/C) composites is conducted. The experimental method is discussed and a new kind of biaxial experimental set-up is designed and manufactured. The configuration of the cruciform specimen is determined by the finite element method. Two kinds of C/C composites with different lay-ups are studied by the biaxial tensile experiment with stress ratio of l: 1, and the biaxial strength is obtained. It shows that all of the specimens fail in the gage section. The research results lay the foundation for the strength analysis of this material under complicated stress state.
