摘要
采用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷与丙烯酸酯共聚制备外墙涂料用乳液.研究了丙烯酸酯单体、有机硅单体、功能性单体、乳化剂和引发剂的含量、反应时间、聚合温度以及pH值对乳液玻璃化温度、疏水性、耐沾污性和稳定性能的影响.实验确定了最适宜反应物配方和最适宜聚合条件.红外光谱分析表明,有机硅氧烷单体与丙烯酸酯都参与了自由基聚合反应,且聚合物中没有发生水解.改性乳液的胶膜接触角为93,°明显大于未加有机硅时的纯丙烯酸酯乳液,可制备出涂层接触角为140°左右的具有优良的仿生拒水自洁性能的成品外墙涂料.
Vinyl triethoxyl silicane was used to modify acrylate emulsion copolymerization for preparation of external wall coating. What were studied were the effects of contents of acrylate, silicon, functional monomer, emulsifying agent and initiator, reaction time, copolyrization temperature and pH value on glass - transition temperature, hydrophobicity, resistance to soiling and stability of the emulsion. The experiments determined the optimal formula of the reactants and the optimal copolymerization conditions: The infrared spectrum (IR) analysis indicated that both vinyl triethoxyl silicane and acrylate took part in the free radical polymerization reaction and no hydrolysis occurred in the copolymer. The modified emulsion coating has a contact angle of 93 o obviously larger than that of the unmodified acrylate emulsion and can be used to prepare an exterior wall paint with contact angle of about 140°resuhing in exellent biomimetic hydrophobic and self-cleaning property.
