摘要
通过考察有阳极整平层(sub-layer)的膜电极组件(MEA)的极化曲线、SEM图和内阻等,研究了阳极整平层对直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFC)性能的影响。在表面喷涂Nafion树脂,对整平层进行修饰,发现喷涂Nafion后的整平层与催化层的结合更紧密,提高了电池性能。在静止式DMFC中,以2 mol/L静止甲醇溶液为燃料,有经过修饰的整平层(1.0 mg/cm2)的MEA在常温下的功率密度达到15.3 mW/cm2,放置1 d后仅有1%的衰减。
The influences of anode sub-layer on the performance of direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) were studied by investigating the polarization curve, SEM photograph and inner resistance of the membrane electrode assembly (MEA) which had a anode sub-layer. The sub-layer was modified by spraying Nation onto the surface. The sub-layer after spraying Nafion had firm contact with the catalyst layer and promoted the cell performance. In passive DMFC, with static 2 mol/L methanol solution as fuel, the power density of M EA with a modified sub-layer (1. 0 mg/cm^2) could reach 15.3 mW/cm^2 at normal temperature and had only 1% decay after laying up for 1d.
