摘要
目的:探讨婴儿发展与家庭环境的关系,以便为儿童的早期干预提供科学的依据。方法:随机抽取年龄为1岁的正常婴儿83名,采用贝利婴儿发展量表进行评估,用家庭环境评定量表(HOME)等工具观察其家庭环境。结果:(1)精神发展指数(MDI)与HOME评分显著相关,与家庭结构、经济收入、父母亲受教育程度关系不明显;(2)运动发展指数(PDI)与家庭结构有关;3)婴儿心理行为和情绪与多项家庭环境变量有联系。结论:婴儿发展与家庭环境存在显著的相关关系。
Objective: To explore the relationship between infant mental development and homeenvironment.Method: 83 normal infants aged 1 year old were assessed by the Bayley Scales of Infant Development and the Home Observation for Measurement of the Enviornment (HOME). Results: (1) While there was significant relationship between MDI and HOME scores, no reliable relationships was found between MDI and home structure, economic state, or parental education. (2) There was significant relationship between PDI and home structure. (3) Behaviour and emotion characteristics of infants were found to be associated with several home enviromental variables. Conclusion: Significant relationship between infant mental development and home environment was obtained in the present study, which provides scientific support for early child intervention.
