摘要
以往有关元认知的研究多局限在认知领域,关注的焦点是智力水平、学习策略、解决问题、课堂教学等,而元认知与心理健康的关系的研究较少。笔者采用元认知理论对大学生的情绪和人际关系两个方面进行了训练,结果显示:心理健康状况得到了明显改善。
Most of the research of meta - cognition limits into cognizing field, the focuses are intelligence level, study strategy, solving- problem activity, classroom teaching etc, but the study of relation between meta - cognition and psychological healthy is a little. We use the method of meta - cognition to interfere and train the university student's emotion and their interpersonal relationship and their psychological health condition has been improved distinctly.
