摘要
目的了解重症肝炎患者家属遵医行为情况,以便采取针对性的护理措施。方法采用自行设计的重症肝炎患者家属遵医行为问卷,对40名重症乙型病毒性肝炎患者家属进行调查,内容包括:遵守传染病消毒隔离制度;遵守医院各项规章制度;理解、配合医护人员人对患者进行人工肝治疗;保持乐观平稳的情绪。结果平均只有42.5%家属能完全遵医,42.5%家属不能完全遵医,15.0%完全不能遵医。结论家属不遵医行为与家属缺乏重症肝炎知识,不良心理情绪以及医护人员缺乏心理学知识、沟通技巧,健康教育方法以单纯的灌输方式为主有关;加强患者家属重症肝炎知识的教育,改善家属不良心理状态,加强护理人员的知识培训,采取多种健康教育方式是提高家属遵医行为的有效措施。
Objective To learn the compliance behavior of the family members of patients with serious hepatitis and to investigate applicable nursing intervention. Methods 40 family members of patients with serious hepatitis were investigated by a selfmade questionnaire. The major contents included the following aspects： observation of the infectious disease isolation system, observation of hospital policies, cooperation with medical staff on the treatment for the patient, and maintenance of optimism. Results 42.5% of patients＇ family members completely keep the compliance; 42. 5% partially keep the compliance; 15% do not keep the compliance. Conclusion Incompliance was related with lack of medical knowledge and unpleasant emotion on the side of patients＇ family members, and it was also related with lack of psychology, communication skills and health education methods on the side of nurses. Health education for both patients＇ family members and nurses helps improve compliance of patients＇ family members.
