摘要
目的对比自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C(MCC)及结膜瓣转位移植术治疗翼状胬肉临床效果分析。方法翼状胬肉89例102只眼随机分为两组,A组为角膜缘干细胞移植术联合丝裂霉素C组,45例,56只眼;B组为结膜瓣转位移植术,44例,46只眼。结果术后随访6～12月,平均7月。A组复发2眼,占3·57%;B组复发8眼,占17·39%,均在术后2～3月内复发。角膜缘干细胞移植术联合丝裂霉素C组复发率低于结膜瓣转位移植术组,差异有显著性(P<0·05)。结论角膜缘干细胞移植术联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉与结膜瓣转位移植术的治疗方法相比可明显降低术后复发率。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect between corneal limbal stem cells autograft with intraoperative mitomycin C （MCC） and bulbar conjunctival autograft in pterygium excision. Methods 89 cases（ 102 eyes） were divided into 2 groups. 45 cases （56 eyes） with pterygium randomly as group A were treated by corneal limbal stem cells autograft with intraoperative MCC and the other 44 cases （46 eyes） treated by bulbar conjunctival autograft in pterygium excision were as group B. Results By followed up of 6 ~ 12 months （ average 7 months） ,2 eyes recurred, the recurrence rate was 3.57% in group A. In group B,8 eyes relapsed, the ratio was 17.39%. There were significant difference of the recurrence rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Using corneal limbal stem cells autograft combining with MCC can decrease recurring rate of pterygium.
