脑保护装置在颈动脉症状性狭窄支架植入术中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的 探讨脑保护装置在颈动脉支架植入术中的有效性和安全性。方法 15例症状性颈动脉狭窄患者在行颈动脉支架植入术中使用脑保护装置，观察脑保护装置中有无脱落的斑块。术后B超随访有无再狭窄以及缺血性脑血管事件。结果 支架放置全部成功，15例脑保护装置均安全回收，在回收的脑保护装置中4例发现斑块碎片，随访3～24个月，均未再发TIA和脑梗塞。结论 使用脑保护装置可提高颈动脉支架植入术的安全性。
