蒙古族和回族人群血浆甘露糖结合凝集素浓度分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析内蒙古自治区蒙古族人群和宁夏回族自治区回族人群血浆甘露聚糖结合凝集素(MBL)浓度,比较两地区不同人群血浆MBL浓度的差异。方法血浆MBL浓度的检测采用ELISA法。统计分析采用SPSS软件11.0版,不同人群间MBL浓度比较采用非参数秩和检验。结果MBL浓度分布为非正态资料,蒙古族和回族人群血浆MBL浓度中位数分别为1686μg/L和1909μg/L,血浆MBL浓度低于200μg/L的个体分别占5.1%和11.06%,但两地区人群MBL浓度分布差异无统计学意义(Z=0.463,P=0.64)。结论蒙古族和回族人群中血浆MBL浓度分布无差异,MBL浓度低下者的基因多态性特点有待进一步研究。 Objective To analyze the Mannose- binding lectin (MBL) plasma concentration in the Mongols and the Huis in China. Methods MBL plasma concentrations were measured by ELISA method with human MBL ELISA kit, and the MBL levels between groups were analyzed by nonparametric test with SPSS 11.0 ( statistics package for social science). Results The median values of MBL plasma concentration in 79 Mongols and 69 Huis were 1 686 μg/L and 1 909 μg/L respectively. 5.1% of the Mongols had low MBL levels not more than 200 μg/L, while the percentage in hms was 11.06% instead. No significant difference was found on MBL plasma concentration between the Mongols and Huis nationalities. Conclusion The MBL plasma concentrations of Mongols and Huis have no significant difference and the study on polymorphisms of MBL gene is expected.
