摘要
浙江经济发展的主要动力来自于产业集群。浙江林业产业只有少数区域在木竹加工项目上形成了产业集群，其他项目虽有较大规模，但尚未形成真正的林业产业集群，与浙江经济的发展不相适应。应在现有基础上培育、发展林业产业集群，提高林业产业竞争力，实现可持续发展。要实现地方政府职能创新，建立和完善相应的支撑机构，促进林业产业集群的形成与发展。
The motivation of Zhejiang＇s economic development lies in industrial clusters. Zhejiang forestry industry is only formed in the wood and bamboo processing in the few areas of Zhejiang forestry industry. The other projects are developing in a large scale, but failed to form forestry industrial dusters, not in agreement with Zhejiang economic development. The forestry industrial clusters should be cultivated, the competition in forestry industry clusters should he promoted, The continued development could be achieved, The forestry industrial clusters can be formed and developed as long as creation in local government control is realized, supporting constitution is set up and well-worked.
