就地冷再生技术在辽宁特别是营口地区已得到广泛应用，并逐渐被交通领导部门推广，从辽宁省就地冷再生的首例试验路为基础，介绍了就地冷再生的应用过程。
Technique on the spot cold recycle has already gotten a wide - ranging application in Liaoning Area and has gradually been spread by traffic leading departments. The paper introduces the process applied on the spot cold recycle based on first test at trial lot.
