摘要
为了更好地培养医学生的临床实践能力,在内分泌科临床实习中进行了探索性的以问题为基础学习教学法临床病案分析课的尝试。结果表明,实习生对以问题为基础学习教学法表现出了较高的积极性,以问题为基础学习教学法有助于培养和提高学生在自主学习、团队合作、分析问题和解决问题等方面的能力。以问题为基础学习教学法是一种有效的学习方法,应当作为临床教学的方法之一。
To cultivate the medical students' clinical competence better, we made an exploring try of the clinical case analysis class in endocrinology with method of problem-based learning(PBL) in intern of five-year program. The results showed that the students exhibited great enthusiasm to the PBL. It is conducive to development of self-directed learning skills, team skills, and problem-solving skills. It means that PBL is an effective learning method, and should be used as one of the methods of clinical teaching.
