摘要
影响数字资源保存成本的因素很多,计算也是复杂的。对数字资源保存的成本因素进行分析,包括保存活动实施成本、数字文档存储和长期保存系统成本、人员成本、文档保存方法和保存软件的开发成本以及其他间接的成本影响因素,以期寻求降低保存成本的途径,提高数字保存的成本效益。
There are many factors influencing the total costs of digital preservation and the calculation is intricate.The article analyzes the cost elements of digital preservation, including costs of performing preservation actions, costs of a digital archive repository and preservation system for the long term, personnel costs, costs of developing preservation software and approach,and other factors that exert influence on the total costs. The purpose is to seek approaeh to reduce preservation costs and improve the eost-benefit of digital preservation.
