摘要
俄联邦远东地区地域广阔,但是经济发展较俄联邦的其他地区滞后。为了改变远东现状,俄罗斯联邦政府一方面在酝酿制定投资开发远东地区的政策,另一方面在积极吸引外资以推动和促进远东地区经济的发展。投资合作是发展黑龙江省与俄远东地区经济合作的重要途径,具有坚实的基础和广阔的前景。
The Russian Far East is vast in territory, but its economy falls behind the other regions of Russian Federation. For changing the present Situation, the Russian government is prepared to work out policies for investment in development of the Far East while actively absorbing foreign investment in order to promote economic development of the region. Investment cooperation is an important route for developing economic cooperation between Heilongjiang and the Far East and has a solid foundation and a vast vista for it.
