摘要
在讨论传统人工绩效考核方式的基础上,构建一套完整的电子化绩效考核方案。该系统以Windows 2000 Server为服务器平台,Oracle 9i为后台数据库,用Developer为开发工具,具有较好的可移植性和可扩充性。
It constructs a set of complete electrons performance assessment plan based on discussing traditional artificial performance assessment way in this article. This system is of a better probability and expansion ability, which takes Windows 2000 server as the server platform, Oracle 9i as the backstage database and Developer as the development kit.
