摘要
用直接制备实体瘤染色体的方法，对１０例原发性胃癌进行了细胞遗传学研究。其中２例具有简单的染色体改变：４９，ＸＹ，＋２，＋８，＋９和４８，ＸＸ，＋８，＋２０。其它８例具有复杂的染色体结构和数目异常。常见的结构异常为７ｑ－，３ｐ－和１ｐ－。
Cytogenetic analysis was performed on ten primary gastric carcinomas with improved direct method. Two of them had simple chromosome changes:49, XY, +2, +8, +9 and 48, XX, +8, +20. The others had complicated chromosome changes, which include much more chromosome numerical and structural aberrations. The frequent structural changes in the complicated types were 7q - , 3p - and 1p - .
