摘要
目的研究仙鹤草的化学成分及其生物活性。方法利用硅胶柱色谱法进行分离和纯化,通过光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。采用琼脂稀释法体外检测最小抑菌浓度(MIC),观察抗菌活性。结果依据理化性质、光谱分析,鉴定了其中的化合物Ⅰ、化合物Ⅱ分别为芹菜素-7-0-葡萄糖醛酸甲酯(Ⅰ)(Apigenin-7-0-methyl glucuronate)和芹菜素-7-0-葡萄糖醛酸丁酯(Ⅱ)(Apigenin-7-0-butyl glucuronate)。体外抑菌试验中,仙鹤草3种提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和变形杆菌有明显的抑菌作用。对肺炎杆菌、大肠艾希菌、表皮葡萄球菌、伤寒球菌、铜绿假单胞菌有一定的抑菌作用。结论化合物Ⅱ为一新化合物。仙鹤草3种提取物具有较好的抗菌活性。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. and its pharmacological activities. Methods The constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified on silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. Use drag-diluted Lowenstein-Jensen agar medium to determine MIC in vitro. Flesullts Apigenin-7-0-methyl glucuronate ( Ⅰ ) and Apigenin-7-0-butyl glucuronate ( Ⅱ ) were isolated from Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. The pharmacological activities of the extraction parts with three methods from the agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. were studied. The results showed that three kinds of the extractions could inhibit the growing of streptococcus pheumonia, Escherichia coli, staphylococcus epidermidis, streptococcus pheumonia, Pseudomonas aeyuginosa, salmonella typhi etc, especially of Staphylococcus auresu in vitro. Contusion Apigenin-7-0-butyl glucuronate ( Ⅱ ) is a new compound.Results of experiments of compounds Agrimoniapilosa Leseb. vitro showed effectively antituberculosis.
