摘要
本文提出了基于电流反馈放大器(CFA)的MOSFET-C基本积木块——无损和有损积分器及加权求和器,阐述了采用这些积木块生成全集成连续时间滤波器的方法.以Tow- Thomas(TT)经典有源RC电路为原型,导出了一种新的全集成双二次结构,并采用前馈技术得到了一般双二次全集成实现.这些MOSFET-C滤波电路,结构简单,所有电容均接地,适合于用CMOS工艺集成.
The MOSFET-C basic building blocks-lossy and lossless integrators and weighted summer based on the current-feedback amplifiers (CFAs) are proposed in this paper. The methods of generating fully integrated continuous-time filters with these building blocks are presented. A new fully integrated biquad structure is derived from the classical Tow-Thomas (TT) active RC prototype. And by using feed-forward technique ,a fully integrated general biquad circuit is also realized. These MOSFET-C filtering circuits are simple, and all the capacitors are grounded. Therefore,they are suitable for integration with CMOS technology.
