对化妆品安全性问题和历史背景进行概述。对卫生部即将实施的《化妆品卫生规范》结合本行业实际情况进行了解析。对化妆品安全性有关问题,如汞超标、染发剂等问题提出了注意事项。对如何正确认识禁用物质被检出等进行了论述。指出发展化妆品安全型原料是目前的趋势。
The safety and the history background of cosmetics were related. The ＂Cosmetic Hygiene Standardization＂ which will be actualized by Ministry of Health was analyzed combined with the realm practice. Some questions concerned the cosmetic safety such as high concentration of Hg, hair dying agent and also the forbidden substances etc. were put forward. It was point out that developing cosmetic safety raw materials was the main trend in cosmetic industry.
