摘要
结合河南工业大学材料科学与工程专业磨料磨具制造、超硬材料及制品专业方向的特点,初步探索了材料科学与工程专业人才培养方案的构建,细致分析了课程体系的全面调整,系统研究了教学手段、教学内容、教学方法等方面的改革,全面总结了“产学研结合”人才培养模式的创新经验与特色。旨在深化教学改革,努力培养有特色的高素质材料科学与工程人才。
The paper conducts a preliminary exploration of constructing professional personnel training programs in material science ＆ engineering based on the speciality features of professional abrasives manufacturing , superhard materials and products in Henan University of Technology. It gives a detailed analysis of a comprehensive curriculum adjustment,the system of teaching means, contents , methods and other aspects of reform and gives an overall summary of the innovative experience and features of the combination of production, teaching and research, a personnel training pattern, for the purpose of deepening educational reform and cultivating qualified professionals in material science ＆ engineering.
