摘要
运用人力资本理论,结合我国实际,对正规教育、卫生保健、技能培训等方面的投资和收益进行了定性和定量分析,构建了人力资本投资的一般框架。
The essay combines human capital theory with the reality of our country and conducts a in-depth qualitative & quantitative analysis in terms of the investment and gains in such aspects as formal education, health care, skills training and then it constructs the general framework of human capital investment.
