摘要
目的探讨急性脑出血患者血清白蛋白、氮平衡改变的相关性,分析蛋白质分解代谢的变化对血清白蛋白的影响。方法选择发病1天以内,出血量20~60ml的脑实质出血患者30例。测定脑出血后第1、3、5、7、9、11、13、15天24小时平均尿氮、血清白蛋白;计算氮平衡。分析氮平衡与血清白蛋白之间的相关性。结果血清白蛋白的动态变化对氮平衡有时间依从性;血清白蛋白与氮平衡呈显著正相关(R2=0.7665,P<0.01);血清白蛋白与尿氮呈显著负相关(R2=0.5153,P<0.01)。结论血清白蛋白与氮平衡变化呈显著相关性。
Objective To explore the correlation between nitrogen balance and serum albumen in bral hemorrhage. Methods Thirty consecutive patients who suffered 20-60 ml hemorrhage patient with cerein the brain within 24 hours were enrolled in this study. The 24-hour average urine nitrogen and serum albumen as well as calculus nitrogen balance were measured on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, llth, 13th, and 15th day after cerebral hemorrhage. The correlation between nitrogen balance and serum albumen was calculated. Results The dynamic changes of serum albumen had a time-dependent relation with nitrogen balance. Serum albumen was positively correlated with nitrogen balance ( R^2 = 0. 7665, P 〈 0.01 ), and was negatively correlated with 24-hour aver- age urine nitrogen ( R^2 = 0.5153, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The change of serum albumen are correlated with the change of nitrogen balance.
