摘要
分析了中国铜工业发展的宏观环境,以及西藏玉龙铜矿开发建设中的优势和劣势,提出在矿山开发建设中应实施节能降耗、清洁生产、循环经济等措施,构建可持续发展的和谐矿山。
Analyzed the macroscopical environment of China copper industry development, and the advantage and inferior position of Yulong Copper Mine in Tibet. Implement measures such as saving energy and reducing the cost, clean production, recycle economy were proposed, and construct the sustainable harmonious mine.
