髁状突骨折手术复位内固定不同入路的比较分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析不同部位髁状突骨折的最佳手术复位进路。方法:对34例髁状突骨折分别采取下颌下、耳屏前、口内3种手术进路复位内固定的术后情况进行分析。结果:单纯颌下切口18例均成功,有3例面神经下颌缘支损伤;耳屏前切口12例,2例失败,摘除髁突,3例辅加下颌下切口,3例面神经颞支损伤;口内切口4例,成功3例,1例失败。结论:口内切口面部无疤痕,颌下及耳屏前切口创伤较大,疤痕明显,应根据骨折部位选择手术入路。
