摘要
针对现阶段国内外层切反求测量系统存在的不足,提出了一种新的独立于加工设备可重构反求测量系统。论述了系统的工艺流程及其组成;研制了一种具有良好粘接性能和可切削性能的包埋材料;详细设计了断层截面图像采集系统。最后,以摩托车发动机缸体的三维断层反求作为典型实例,展示了该系统在实际工程中的具体应用。众多工程应用实例表明,该反求系统能够充分利用现有的设备资源,达到成本低、周期短和可重构等目的,具有广泛的工业应用前景。
To deal with shortcomings existing in slicing method both home and abroad, a novel reconfigurable measurement system for reverse engineering was presented. The system process and framework were described. A new combined device to capture the cross-sectional images was proposed which consisted of the isolated light source, digital camera and adjustable fixture device. A kind of a special encasing material with good mechanical property and proper toughness was developed to encase and reinforce the part. Finally, a typical application case showed the system's characteristics of low costing, short cycle and reconfiguration. It provided widespread industrial prospects for enterprtses.
