摘要
在新形势下,政工干部应积极面对现实,适应社会变革的需要,调整好心态,正确认识思想政治工作的作用和价值,牢固树立“服务”和“服从”的观念,以更大的工作热情做好党的思想政治工作。
In the new situation, the cadres of political work should positively face confront the reality, adapt to the necessity of social reform, regulate their minds, correctly understanding the function and value of the ideological and political work, foster the ideas of ＂service＂ and ＂obedience＂ and do the ideological and political work well with greater enthusiasm.
