正交设计优化N-乙酰-L-亮氨酸的合成研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用正交设计法,选择L9(34)表,研究N-乙酰-L-亮氨酸的合成,提高反应得率.实验发现,L-亮氨酸与乙酸酐的摩尔比为1∶1.2,乙酰化试剂分次加入,反应pH值为8~10,反应温度在10~15℃之间,酸化结晶pH值为1~3,反应时间1~2 h为适宜反应条件,产品得率可达到89%. Using orthogonal design method, adopting L9(34) table, to research the synthesis of N-acetyl-L-leucine, for improving the productive rate. The experiment shows the reasonable reaction condition is: molar ratio of L-leucine and acetic anhydride is I : 1.2, the acetylation reagent is added graded, the pH of the solution is 8~10, the temperature of the reaction is 10~15℃, the pH of acidification and crystallization is 1~3, the reaction time is 1-2 hours. Under the condition, the yiele can reach 89%.
