摘要
目的测试二甲双胍和黄连素配伍复方联合治疗对糖尿病大鼠脂代谢的影响。方法给予链脲佐菌素(STZ)糖尿病模型大鼠以复方二甲双胍(二甲双胍与盐酸黄连素配比60∶130)口服治疗3个月,测试糖尿病大鼠的甘油三酯、胆固醇等指标的变化。结果给予复方二甲双胍高400mg/kg、中200mg.kg-1、低100mg.kg-1剂量治疗后,其脂代谢紊乱得到明显改善,各剂量组均使TG显著降低(P<0.01)、高剂量组使CHO显著降低(P<0.01)、高中剂量组使LDL显著降低(P<0.01),高中低剂量组均使HDL-C显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:给予二甲双胍和盐酸黄连素配伍复方治疗后,TG、CHO、LDL含量明显降低,HDL-C明显升高,提示该复方可明显改善糖尿病大鼠的脂代谢紊乱,有利于糖尿病并发症的治疗。
OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of the complex prescription metformin and berberine(CPMB)on metabolism disorder of lipid of the diabetic rats. METHODS To administered the CPMB(metformin..berberine=60 : 130)to Diabetic rats established by injection of streptozotocin(STZ)for 3 months, the changes of the triglyceride(TG)and cholesterol were tested. RESULTS After the administration of CPMB, high dose 400mg · kg^-1 ,middle dose 200 mg·kg^-1 and low dose 100 mg · kg^-1 , respectively, the metabolism disorder of lipid were remarkable ameliorated. TG in each dose group was decreased significantly( P 〈0.01). Total cholesterol(CHO)in high dose treatment groups was decreased significantly( P 〈0.01). Low-- density lipoprotein(LDL)in high and middle dose groups was decreased significantly( P 〈0. 01 ). High--density lipoprotein (HDL--C)in high and middle dose groups was increased significantly( P 〈0.01). CONCLUSION The CPMB can ameliorate the metabolism disorder of lipid of the diabetic rats and have advantage of the treatment of the diabetic complications.
