摘要
目的探讨前列腺按摩液(EPS)中细胞因子白细胞介素-8(IL-8)在Ⅲ型前列腺炎(慢性非细菌性前列腺炎、慢性盆底疼痛综合征)诊断、分型中的意义。方法ELISA法检测37例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者(其中ⅢA型17例,ⅢB型20例)EPS中IL-8浓度。分析2组EPS中IL-8浓度差异。结果ⅢA型EPS中IL-8水平((5934.12±5049.622)ng/L)显著高于ⅢB型组水平((2487.25±2495.001)ng/L)(P<0.01)。结论检测Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者EPS中IL-8水平可能有助于Ⅲ型前列腺炎分型诊断。
Objective It is to discuss the sense of cell factor interleukin - 8 （ IL - 8 ） determined in prostatic secretions （EPS） in the diagnosis and grouping of type Ⅲ prostatitis （chronic nonbacterial prostatitis, chronic pelvic pain syndrome）. Methods IL- 8 concentration in EPS of 37 patients with type Ⅲ prosratitis （17 cases of ⅢA, 20 cases of ⅢB） was detected with ELISA. The difference of IL - 8 concentration in EPS was analyzed between type IlIA and type ⅢB. Results IL - 8 level in EPS of patients with type ⅢA was （5 934.12 ±5 049. 622） ng/L and that of patients with type ⅢB was （2 487.25 ±2 495.001） ng/L. The level of patients with type ⅢA was higher than that of patients with type ⅢB （ P 〈 0.01 ）, Conclusion IL - 8 level in EPS of typeⅢ prostatitis determined maybe conduce to the diagnosis and grouping of type Ⅲ prostatitis.
