摘要
目的研究槲皮素脂质体纳米粒在大鼠体内分布情况。方法采用SD大鼠,随机分为槲皮素对照组(n=25)和槲皮素脂质体纳米粒实验组(n=25),分别给予尾静脉注射槲皮素悬浊液和槲皮素脂质体纳米粒悬浊液,于一定的时间点采集大鼠血液及主要脏器,使用HPLC法测定其槲皮素的浓度。结果实验组大鼠肝脏的槲皮素的浓度明显高于对照组,并呈缓慢下降趋势。结论槲皮素脂质体纳米粒具有良好的肝靶向性,并证实其有一定的缓释性。
[Objective] To compare the distribution of quercetin turbid solution and that of liposome nanoparticles loaded quercetin solution in rats. [Method] SD race rats were used and were divided into control group (n= 25) with quercetin suspension injected and experimental group (n=25) with liposome nanoparticle loaded quercetine suspension injected. The plasma and organs would be collected at certain points of time, and then the concentration of quercetin measured with HPLC method. [Result] The concentration of quercetin in the liver collected from experimental group was obviously higher than that from control group, and it reduced slowly. [Conclusion] All above indicated that liposome nanopartiele loaded quercetin had distinguished liver targeting and could release the drug slowly.
