摘要
消费者权益保护法是我国市场经济法律体系中的重要法规。本文分析界定消费者概念,结合各国不同的规定分析我国立法的不足,并提出完善对策,对于需要继续探讨的问题也进行了一定的论述。
Law on the Protection of Consumers＇ Rights and Interests is important law or regulation in our country＇s market economy legal system. And what is that the consumer, scholar of every country have the different viewpoint to, making a compre- hensive survey of the field of theory and practice in our country, the viewpoint to be also unlike one respectively. Starting with the viewpoint of consuming, the article mainly discussed the conceptual boundary of consumer, analyzed the legislation defidency according to the different regulations and laws of different country, brought forward the countermeasure to perfect, and finally, also carried out certain discussion on the problems needing future investigation, hoping to contribute to obtaining better clear conception of what is consumer, protecting consumers＇ lawful rights and interests better.
