摘要
通过光电传感器把汽车转速转换为开关型电信号送到数据采集卡输入端,运用虚拟仪器软件平台LabVIEW图形化编程在计算机屏幕直接显示转速表面板,实现实时显示测量结果以及超速报警功能。虚拟仪表界面形象直观,操作方便简单,扩展性强。
A ratemeter based on the virtual instrument technology and the photoelectricity tachometer generator examination principle was introduced. The transmitted light electric pickup transforms the rotational speed for the switch electrical signal delivers the data acquisition device input end, the utilization virtual instrument software platform LabVIEW graph programming in the computer screen direct demonstration ratemeter front board, the realization real time display measurement result as well as overspeed reports to the user. Virtual measuring appliance contact surface image direct-viewing, ease of operation simple, and the extension is strong.
