摘要 本文对国华宁海电厂一期工程(4×600MW)辅控网(BOP)进行了介绍,包括网络的集成、硬件及软件的配置、与SIS的接口和GPS对时等,并对水、煤、灰所覆盖13个辅助车间子系统的监控进行了介绍,对调试中出现的主要问题进行了分析和解决。辅助车间实现监控网络化和集中控制,提高了辅助车间运行与管理水平,达到的自动控制水平不仅在国内而且国际上均处于非常先进的水平。 This paper introduces the demonstrate BOP of the first-stage project (4 × 600MW) of NingHai Power Plant, which includes network integration, hardware and software configuration, interfaces to SIS and GPS time. It also intriduces 13 monitoring & control sub-systems for water, coal, ash systems .Additionally some important problems in commissioning are also discussed in the paper. The networked and centralized control systems achieved for auxiliary workshop improve the quality of operation and management. Automation of BOP has reached the international advanced level.
