摘要 针对相控阵雷达多目标跟踪中的资源管理问题,基于协方差控制的思想,建立了资源分配的最优化模型,提出一种基于Riccati方程的稳态资源管理算法。在预先设定期望协方差阵的前提下,算法可以通过求解Riccati方程算出相控阵雷达对各个目标最佳的跟踪参数,使得每个目标的实际跟踪协方差矩阵逼进期望协方差阵。该资源管理算法可以独立于目标跟踪滤波循环之外预先计算好雷达的跟踪参数,是一种离线的资源管理方法。通过选取三种不同的矩阵度量形式进行仿真试验,仿真结果验证了算法的有效性。 The problem of resource management for multi-target tracking in phased array radars is considered. An optimal model of resource allocation based on covariance control is presented and a new resource management algorithm is proposed based on Riccati equation. Under the condition of the preassigned desired covariance matrix, the algorithm can calculate the optimal tracking parameters by solving the Riccati equation, and make the difference between the desired covariance and that of the actual covariance of each target minimal. The proposed algorithm can work independently before the tracking cycle, so it is an off-line method. By selecting three scalar metrics, the simulation results show the validity of this algorithm.
