摘要
采用溶剂回流法从苦楝树皮中提取苦楝素,用正交实验和单因素实验考察了提取工艺和萃取分离过程对提取效率的影响。结果表明,溶剂回流法的优化条件为:70%乙醇-水溶液为溶剂,料液比1∶15(g∶mL),提取时间3 h,50 mL乙酸乙酯萃取18 h,最高提取率达1.587%。
Solvent reflux extraction was studied to extract toosendanin from the bark of azadirach in this thesis. The optimum extracting conditions were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The optimum conditions of solvent reflux extraction were as following:70% ethanol/water solution as solvent,ratio of feedstock to liquor 1 : 15 (g: mL) ,extraction time 3 h,extract 18 h with 50 mL acetic ether and the yield of toosendanin reached 1. 587%.
