摘要
对自制的固定化胰蛋白酶(Immobilization Trypsin,ITP)分别经过冷冻干燥、真空干燥后定量测定其酶活力,与由湿态直接定量法(DQA)测定的活力进行比较。试验表明,直接定量方法测定的酶活力比前两者高,而且操作简单。
The directly quantitative analysis （DQA） methods to measure the activity of the immobilized trypsin were studied, and were compared to measurement on the activity of the immobilized trypsin dried by freeze or vacuum. The results showed that the activity on DOA was higher than that on the others.
