摘要
调查表明:延边地区竞技体育后备人才储量严重不足,素质下降,培养断层,优秀体育人才明显减少,整个竞技体育后备人才培养出现了严重危机.其主要原因是:培养体制僵化,经费投入不足,项目布局不合理,教练员整体素质低,体教结合不彻底.因此,改进青少年训练管理体制,完善后备人才培养制度,大力提高教练员素质,科学地做好项目布局,坚持走体教结合是延边竞技体育发展的必由之路.
The investigation shows that the reserve sports talents have been in great trouble. The decreasing of both the number and the quality of sports talents, the insufficient reserve of sports talents and the unbroken sports talents cultivation are the major problems. The problems are resulted from the inflexible cultivating system, inadequate funds, unreasonable events distribution, the low-qualified coaches as well as the disconnection between training and schooling. Therefore, it is rather necessary for Yanbian area to improve the teenager training and cultivation sports talents system, to develop coaches＇ competence, to distribute events scientifically and combine the training and schooling.
