摘要
针对常规方法的不足,把计算机视觉的原理引入到锥度测量中。通过对莫氏量规锥度内孔的前后大小两圆进行三维重建,设计了一套具有测量精度高而且操作简单的方法,对图像的采集、处理、摄像机标定、空间二次曲线的重建等若干关键问题进行了论述。
For the shortage of normal method, Computer Vision is used to measure Morse taper sleeve. A method of high measurement accuracy as well as easy operating is designed based on three dimensional reconstruction for two circles with different diameters in the front and back of the Morse taper sleeve. The key points, such as image capturing, data processing, camera calibration and reconstruction for curve, are discussed in the paper.
