摘要
分析了基于HSM(High Speed Manufacturing,高速加工)技术的淬硬钢数控加工的切削力、刀具磨损及加工技术,为淬硬模具材料的高速数控加工提供了实用依据,实践证明效果良好。
Milling force, tool wear and machining technology in mould and die industry during NC milling of hardened steel based on HSM is analyzed. Practical foundation for high speed NC machining of hardened steel is provided. The result is well proved by the experiments.
